Cancellation Requests: Orders must be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed with a written request.
Returns: We want your on-line shopping experience to be a pleasurable one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order within 7 days. If the product is not returned in the original packaging and/or is altered or damaged in any shape or form, no refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer must contact Quick Products for return shipping instructions. Returns shipped without contacting Quick Products will not be processed. Once a return is received a refund via the original payment method for the cost of the product will be provided within 2 weeks.
